Late but I love to hear you're prioritizing yourself in this way. For me I want to focus on getting used to my new work schedule and maintain healthy habits while I'm doing so - eating well, exercising - as well as spending time on some personal priorities (writing) and working on getting one side hustle doing. Actually I guess the systems we want to work on are pretty similar!

I love hearing your thoughts about this! <3 Setting goals / systems has always been difficult for me: mental health is such a wildcard. But I love the way you spell it out.

I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed it, Zach! Ugh, mental health systems can be extremely difficult. I feel like especially in the past decade, with the monetization of self-care. This warrants its own essay, so I hope to be able to write something about that soon! <3

Loved this! I hate the looming doom of goals and goals-setting, BUT I do enjoy having systems that help me get the things I need to get done. The struggle 🥲

Same! I feel like, with goals and goal-setting, I never make it to the end of the list? I always end up adding more and more stuff and I never feel satisfied with my progress. 😵‍💫
